Keep Your Carpets Cleaner with a Maintenance Plan
Choose the plan that fits your home. Standard includes 5% off eligible add-ons; Premium includes 10% off eligible add-ons and priority scheduling.
Carpet memberships are billed quarterly and include one cleaning approximately every 3 months. Coverage is limited to the selected plan and standard-size rooms. Extra or oversized rooms, severe treatments, and services outside the plan cost extra. Discounts apply only to eligible add-ons and may not combine with specials or referral credits. Scheduling is subject to availability; missed or rescheduled visits follow the membership agreement. These carpet plans are separate from hard-floor maintenance memberships.
Membership Terms
Three-month initial term with one included visit per quarter. Renewal requires the customer’s approval each quarter. Cancel before the next quarter begins with no cancellation fee or further renewal charge. An unused quarter is refunded if canceled before its service occurs. Visits do not roll over unless Crowder’s caused the missed visit. Give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule; no rescheduling fee. Rescheduled visits must occur within the paid quarter, subject to availability.
A standard room is up to 200 square feet. Larger or combined areas receive a confirmed quote before work begins. Free deodorizer is included only when expressly listed in the selected offer or membership, covering the rooms cleaned. It does not include deep pet-urine treatment.
